Cancellation Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking. Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may be shortened or canceled without a refund. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and any necessary equipment ready before the meeting. If we experience a technical issue on our end, we'll gladly reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
